Ken is not only technically adept with the camera, lighting, settings, and angles but he has an artist’s eye for composition. He knows the best features to showcase, going for pictures that really bring to the fore the unique character of the house. He is fastidious for catching small details, such as wires dangling, shades all raised to the exact same height, and lighting turned on. Weather conditions vary and Ken knows the best time of day to shoot the exterior based on where the sun is at different times of day. Ken will also return to the home to get one or two pictures just right if he feels there is a need. Home sellers are always delighted to see his work.
